Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹2,999/-
• A nominal fee may apply for orders below ₹2,999/- or remote locations. The shipping charges if any will be displayed during the checkout of your order.

Delivery Timelines

• Gurugram: Deliver within 1 Day/24 Hours! (Business Day)
• Delhi NCR / Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–9 business days
• Furniture & bulk orders: 7–14 business days (depending on stock & customization)
• Office Pods: 4 Weeks

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email & SMS with tracking details.
• Track directly via our logistics partner or your OffheMan account dashboard.

Packaging & Safety

• All items are carefully packed to avoid transit damage.
• Furniture products are shipped in secure cartons, with assembly guides included.

• In case of damaged goods, report within 24 hours for a replacement.
